Each Lunar New Year, Nahvalur selects a single writing instrument to carry the banner. For 2026, that honor belongs to the Nahvalur Pen of the Year: Horse—a bold, collectible release built on the brand’s most recognizable silhouette and finished with details that reward a closer look.
At the heart of the design is a swirling black and gold resin, poured to create depth and movement, then shaped into the iconic Nautilus form collectors instantly recognize on a shelf, in a case, or in hand. A newly designed cap ring features a subtle horse motif, serving as a quiet signature that ties the edition together without overpowering the material.
Completing the design are burnished bronze trims, a fan-favorite finish last seen on the Bronze Corydoras fountain pen. Warm and softly aged in appearance, the bronze accents pair beautifully with the gold tones of the resin, giving the Pen of the Year: Horse a refined yet powerful presence.
Limited to just 999 individually numbered pieces worldwide, the Nahvalur Pen of the Year: Horse is a true collector’s release. Once sold out, this edition will not be reproduced.
